About the Role

The Aptia Group is seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Manager to lead the delivery of GMP operations projects and programs. This role will focus on the development of processes, tools, and best practices to ensure successful outcome.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and articulate project objectives and business needs
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure correct translation of requirements into tangible outputs and outcomes
  • Manage commercial aspects of the program, including change control and resource allocation
  • Establish and coordinate effective Steering Committees to provide direction and support
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including client-facing colleagues
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience delivering projects related to pensions administration, with a strong background in client-facing work, influencing, and negotiation. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex messages to all audiences.

The role also requires knowledge of GMP regulations and requirements, as well as experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and operating model implementation. Agile methodology experience is also desirable.

We are looking for a logical, innovative, methodical, and thorough approach to work, with the ability to make high-level decisions and implement operational plans.
