Description of the Job
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Automotive Specialist to join our team at a reputable garage in Cheltenham. The successful candidate will have a strong background in vehicle diagnostics, preferably with a level 3 related qualification and experience working with state-of-the-art technology.
The role involves performing diagnostics and repairs of modern vehicles, troubleshooting and diagnosing all manners of vehicle faults, as well as providing excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle faults
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in the industry
Requirements:
- Level 3 related qualification in vehicle diagnostics
- Experience working with state-of-the-art technology
- Excellent problem-solving skills
