Civil Engineer - Design and Delivery

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our team at MWH Treatment, based in Preston. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of engineering projects, providing design and delivery services to support the company's growth and success.

As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating design and producing design documents and drawings, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with health and safety requirements, specifications, and standards.

You will work closely with other disciplines, both internal and external, to ensure that designs are coordinated and that the design process is carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality engineering design services to support the company's growth and success
  • Coordinating design and producing design documents and drawings
  • Ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with health and safety requirements, specifications, and standards
  • Working closely with other disciplines to ensure that designs are coordinated and that the design process is carried out efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

  • Relevant discipline Engineering HND
  • Computer literacy
  • A flexible mind, with the ability to assimilate large amounts of different data at one time

We are looking for a motivated and talented individual who is passionate about civil engineering and has a strong desire to learn and develop their skills. If you are a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we would love to hear from you.

Please note that this is a hybrid role, with a mix of office and site-based work. You will be required to attend sites on a regular basis.
