Are you a qualified Solicitor with a passion for mental health law? Do you want to join a dynamic team of experienced solicitors who share your commitment to delivering exceptional legal services? As an Experienced Mental Health Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work with our team on a wide range of mental health law cases, from initial consultations to final tribunal decisions.

You will work closely with our senior solicitors to develop and implement case strategies, prepare court documents, and represent clients in tribunal hearings. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development and marketing efforts, helping us to grow and expand our services.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, pension scheme, and life assurance. Our firm prioritises employee wellbeing and provides regular training and support to help you succeed in your role.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of PQE and be a member of the Law Society's Mental Health Tribunal Panel. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
