Job Title: Male SEND Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Male SEND Teaching Assistant to provide 1-2-1 support for a male child in Year 2 at a Primary School in Selly Oak, Birmingham.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children with special educational needs and a strong understanding of Autism, Complex Needs, and Aspergers'.

The role involves providing tailored support to the child, managing behaviors, and helping them engage with lessons. The successful candidate will also be responsible for recording progress and reporting to the SENCO.
