Senior Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in West Lothian. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents in a supportive and compassionate environment.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized care to residents in accordance with their needs and preferences
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest standard of care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Manage and coordinate the care of residents, including medication administration and treatment
• Supervise and support care staff to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with current NMC pin registration
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a care home setting
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to providing high-quality care
