Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Director, Third Party Risk Management, UK and EU to lead our Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) efforts in the UK and EU. As a key member of our Group Risk Management team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining effective TPRM controls and practices to ensure the integrity of our third-party relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement TPRM strategies and policies to mitigate risks associated with third-party relationships.
  • Lead the design and implementation of TPRM controls and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective TPRM practices are in place.
  • Provide guidance and support to business units on TPRM matters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key third-party providers.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and monitoring to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management on TPRM performance and progress.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in TPRM, risk management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective TPRM strategies and controls.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to TPRM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
