Fawkes & Reece (North) is Seeking an Experienced Quantity Surveyor

We are a leading regeneration contractor with a well-established and award-winning regeneration company based in North East. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on major contracts within the social housing sector. Key duties include negotiation of prices and obtaining quotes for works, materials and plant, quality checking invoice details from suppliers, building strong relationships with customers, and preparing and submitting regular cost/value reports.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant degree or qualifications
  • Experience of managing multiple projects
  • Proven experience of developing client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and project management skills
