About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Schuh Monks Cross. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the team by example and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Engage with customers and staff members to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Help the team to exceed their goals and celebrate achievements
  • Strive for operational excellence and adhere to company policies and guidelines
  • Assist with management responsibilities and delegate tasks within the team
  • Promote the Schuh brand through our core service values

About the Person

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, ambitious, and ready for a challenge. You should be optimistic and energetic, with a keen eye for detail and knowledge of trends. You should also be prepared to work hard and act as a role model in store.
