ICT Consultant Role

Turn IT on is looking for a skilled ICT Consultant to provide technical support and maintenance for educational institutions in and around Oxfordshire. You will be responsible for maintaining IT hardware and services, improving ICT provisions, and facilitating communication between schools and Turn IT on.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all IT hardware and services across school sites
  • Help schools improve ICT provisions and enable effective teaching and learning
  • Facilitate communication between schools and Turn IT on
  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
  • Install and maintain new and existing software across the network
  • Responsible for diagnosing and solving technical problems
  • Knowledge of common user applications and Microsoft Office365

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in ICT Technician/2nd line support role
  • Strong technical background and passion for IT
  • Self-motivated and excellent customer service skills
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and proactive approach to improving services
