Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Local Content Coordinator to join our team in the UKOC Management Team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of our project's Local Content, including employment, training, procurement, and local community engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Main Objectives: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and evidence of Local content information and data. Ensure the quality of the reporting process and content provided to the client. Ensure effective communication and coordination with various stakeholders to meet deadlines and Local Content targets as per contractual arrangements.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Build the local content plan with consortium partners support
    • List activities and related targets within predefined project timeline
    • Agree local content plan with Project Directorate and client, with consortium partners input and support
    • Identify key individuals for each organization responsible for each element of local content plan
    • Develop process and communication protocols to collect information required to report to client
  • Your Mission: Be the point of contact between partners and client to guarantee smooth coordination of various stakeholders. Prepare and set up weekly communication call with project partners with clear agenda: objectives, action plan, and timeline. Collect required local content information in due time, check documentation provided, and store it. Prepare reporting pack as per client requirements and timeline, before submission and discussion with client, go through consortium approval process. After approval, share reporting pack and respond to clarifications with necessary support from other stakeholders. Keep register of all non-conformances and associated corrective actions up-to-date. Plan annual review and revalidation process for local content plan.
Requirements
  • Experienced profile in project management (5-8 years of relevant work experience)
  • Ability to quickly immerse yourself in sometimes technical and complex subjects and organisations
  • Team worker and ability to work with diverse personalities and cultures
  • Communications knowledge/experience
  • English writing skills
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
