About the Role



We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Construction Manager to join our Store Development Team in Southampton. As a key member of our team, you will oversee construction projects across Central South England, ensuring high standards and deadlines are met.



You will be responsible for managing assigned project plans and deadlines, monitoring project progress, and checking quality standards are met at all times. Additionally, you will manage relationships with external companies, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with our corporate specification and internal procedures.



The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or Construction, proven experience in a related role, and strong commercial acumen. You will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize conflicting deadlines.



In return, we offer a competitive salary of £62,000 - £90,000 per annum, 35 days' holiday (pro rata), and a range of other benefits including a company car and pension scheme.



Please note that this role requires regular travel to our Property Office and on-site visits, with a minimum of 3-4 days per week.
