">We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic Therapy Services team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of specialty areas, including Stroke, Frailty, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Care of the Elderly, Short stay, Respiratory, Orthopaedics, and Surgery.
">Job Summary:
">This is an exciting opportunity for newly qualified and existing Occupational Therapists to develop their skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will be part of a large Therapy Department with over 250 employees, offering a range of opportunities for professional growth and development.
">Main Responsibilities:
">As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical and mental abilities to determine their needs and develop personalized rehabilitation plans. You will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care and optimal outcomes.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you must possess a degree or pending qualification in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or pending registration. Relevant experience, particularly in the NHS acute environment, is desirable but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in IT, are essential for success in this position.
