We are seeking a skilled and motivated Facilities Maintenance Assistant to join our Property Plus team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with repairs and housekeeping services throughout the Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with repairs and housekeeping services throughout the Group
  • Provide assistance to operatives as instructed
  • Collect and deliver materials, plant, and equipment from suppliers to sites
  • Unload, store, and stack materials as necessary
  • Carry out general labouring duties, including small works, building fabric repairs, and general building maintenance tasks
Requirements
  • Basic experience of simple building work or basic DIY knowledge
  • Basic understanding of Health and Safety issues
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Understanding of customer focus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexible working approach
  • Ability to complete assignments and take tasks through to completion
  • Full UK Driving Licence
