High-Performance Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled High-Performance Engineering Manager to lead our team in designing and developing cutting-edge digital hardware systems. As a key member of our Electronics Department, you will be responsible for the technical direction, resource allocation, and quality assurance of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technical strategies, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire engineering lifecycle, from requirements gathering to product release, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- A degree in Electronic Engineering, Physics, or related field, or equivalent experience gained through hard work.
- Strong technical expertise in mixed signal design, including ADC/DAC, FPGA, and SoC-based systems.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, with a focus on quality, timelines, and budget management.
