We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Chief Invigilator. As a key member of our examination team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our examination periods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of invigilators during examination periods
  • Ensure the security and integrity of examination materials and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain the examination environment to ensure a fair and secure testing experience
  • Collaborate with other examination staff to ensure the successful delivery of examination periods
  • Provide guidance and support to invigilators as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Chief Invigilator or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliability and punctuality
