**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist for Equine Veterinary Services to join our team at VC Evidensia UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling client communications, and supporting the clinical team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the front desk, handle client communications, and respond to enquiries.
- Support the clinical team with administrative tasks, such as updating electronic diaries and preparing patient records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the veterinary sector.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A driving license and car are essential for this position.
