Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our export infrastructure projects, driving success through effective project delivery and stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, with clear communication of project progress and milestones to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations, to deliver projects that meet customer requirements.
  • Authorise major decisions, validate design and site integration, and manage risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in technical validation at gates between project phases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and project teams, facilitating open communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development of enduring relationships with customers by accurately capturing and developing customer requirements into functional and compliant buildings.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree qualification or higher in relevant engineering or construction discipline.
  • Experience and good knowledge of construction contract management.
  • Experience and knowledge of leading projects through RIBA Plan of Works stages.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
