Job Role

As a Persoanl Support Assistant Lead, you will play a key leadership role in supporting our team of support workers, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to deliver high-quality support. This will involve coaching, mentoring, and supervising support workers, as well as contributing to the development of new support initiatives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You will also need to have experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality support and leadership.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £24,500 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer an attractive package of benefits, including health cash plans, employee assistance programs, and a cycle-to-work scheme.
