We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a key member of our grocery store team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive impression. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves, operating tills, and supporting your colleagues to ensure seamless store operations.
We offer a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights. You will also receive a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl.
