About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Devon and contribute to the success of Wise Employment. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, providing HR support and guidance to management and employees, and implementing best practices within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Manage complex employment-related cases, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
- HR Support: Respond to HR queries from management and employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Policy Development: Develop and maintain HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
- Recruitment: Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and onboarding processes.
What We Offer:
- A competitive paid weekly salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (FTE), equivalent to £5,769 - £6,536 per month.
- 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
