Brandon Trust is seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team in providing specialist nursing care to individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the support team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that individuals receive the right amount of support at the right time.
- Conduct nursing procedures and assessments in line with local and national guidelines, ensuring that individuals receive safe and effective care.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and promote positive outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with the Trust's values and objectives.
Requirements
- Nursing qualification with current NMC registration (RNLD, RMN, or RGN)
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
- Ability to work flexibly and be part of a dynamic team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
