We are currently seeking a talented Building Surveyor to join our dynamic team in the Southern region.
About the JobThis exciting opportunity will see you work on various projects, providing expert project and professional services from our offices in Reading or Maidenhead.
As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, working on contracts with budgets up to £15m.
The role requires travel within the Berkshire, Bucks, and Surrey regions, with all expenses paid for.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert project administration services on projects with budgets up to £15m.
- Offer professional services such as defect diagnosis, dilapidations, and pre-acquisition surveys.
- Work on a variety of projects, ranging from £500k to £15m.
- A strong background in Consultancy or Private practice.
- Good understanding of Building defects, dilapidations, Condition reports, Contracts Administration, and measured surveys.
- Desirable: Project Management experience.
- MSc / BSc in Building Surveying.
- At least 3 years of consultancy experience.
- An enthusiastic character with confidence when interacting with clients.
- A competitive salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
- A car/travel allowance is provided.
- 25 days annual leave.
