Role Overview
As an Engineering Program Manager at Rapiscan Cargo, you will oversee programs within the Cargo and Vehicle Inspection division. Your key responsibilities include managing new product development projects from initial concept to launch, overseeing engineering delivery for revenue projects, and facilitating project meetings to ensure timely releases of technical specs and Bill of Materials (BoMs).

Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering delivery for revenue projects
- Facilitate project meetings and prioritize tasks to meet milestones
- Monitor and control project scope, documenting changes and their impact on timelines, budget, and quality
- Manage project risks and issues, applying mitigations and escalating when necessary
- Conduct key stage reviews with senior management to ensure project alignment

Requirements
For this role, we require a Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering. A PMP, PRINCE2, or similar professional qualification is preferred. You should have proven experience managing engineering projects across disciplines and be willing to travel overseas for larger projects.
