As an Associate Solicitor at Ascent Performance Group Ltd, you will play a key role in providing high-quality legal advice and services to our clients. We are looking for a talented and experienced solicitor to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional legal services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of matters, including contract law, corporate law, and litigation.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legal practice and developments in the industry.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective solutions to complex legal problems.
Requirements
  • Current Practising Certificate
  • Knowledge of the Scottish law and legal System
  • Giving expert and authoritative legal advice in specialist area
  • Researching of legal & other topics/issues to maintain expertise
  • Analysis of legal problems, providing interpretation and making recommendations
  • Leading and participating in practice development
  • Drafting of legal documentation
  • Full control and conduct of a number of cases/deals including complex matters
  • Emerging reputation for expertise in field/area of specialism
  • Works well in both a team and on their own
  • Computer literate in all Microsoft Office programs
