Torquay-based HR Role

We are recruiting an HR Advisor to join our team in Torquay. This is a part-time, hybrid role that offers flexibility and work-life balance.

As an HR Advisor, you will provide HR and employee relations advice, coaching, and support to employees. You will also manage a caseload, including performance management and absence management.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR and employee relations advice, coaching, and support to employees
  • Manage a caseload, including performance management and absence management

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience (Level 7 desirable)
  • Strong HR and ER knowledge, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and competence in IT and data analysis
