Job Opportunity: 1:1 Secondary Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 1:1 Secondary Tutor to join our team at GSL Education. As a tutor, you will work closely with secondary school students, providing personalized academic support tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions with secondary school students.
  • Developing and implementing personalized learning plans based on student assessments.
  • Helping students improve their academic skills and achieve their learning goals.
  • Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
  • Providing feedback to parents or guardians on student performance.

Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or relevant tutoring experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the secondary school curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and the ability to motivate students.
  • Flexibility in scheduling sessions to accommodate student needs.
