Senior Brand Manager

As a Senior Brand Manager at Mattel, you will be responsible for driving expertise on designated brands/categories, ensuring effective implementation of marketing plans, and working with local agencies. You will act as the marketing interface with both internal and external customers, accountable for crafting and implementing a strategic marketing growth plan across a key toy category.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive execution of brand retail activation plans
- Partner closely with Regional Brand Marketing and Communication teams, with local Sales, Licensor partners to drive sales, revenue, and market share
- Contribute to driving customer engagement through presentations of product lines, brand plans, ad-hoc presentations to local Sales teams and key local customers
- Manage local A&P Budget
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) or equivalent experience
- Strong and proven experience and results in Marketing, Customer Marketing roles in Toys, FMCG or licensed consumer goods, Apparel or the Health and Beauty industry
- Great tactical skills, ability to react quickly to changing situations
- Ability to work on a wide variety of projects within deadlines
- Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
