Percurra Chelmsford is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our elderly and vulnerable clients to live independently at home.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication
* Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
* Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements:
