About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Planner to join our team at MJ Quinn. As a Planner, you will be responsible for planning and issuing jobs to our field teams, organizing their delivery schedules, and ensuring that installations are progressing as expected and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule civils-related tasks into the existing BT network.
  • Deal with client requests in all aspects of the project and escalate any issues to the Programme Manager when required.
  • Ensure that all engineers are organized, have the relevant site access, and job packs for jobs they have been allocated.

Requirements:

  • Strong administration skills and ability to use Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with engineers on a daily basis.
  • Ability to organize your workload and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Telecoms knowledge and scheduling experience would be advantageous.
