The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Care Planner to join our Chingford team. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective utilization of nursing and care resources, aligned with client requirements within defined quality, compliance, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Branch Manager in achieving business and compliance targets
* Develop and maintain accurate schedules to meet client needs
* Identify trends and predict future requirements to drive business growth
* Foster strong relationships with carers and clients to promote Prestige Nursing & Care
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all members receive comprehensive schedule information
* Identify absence trends and concerns, and take proactive steps to address them
* Drive improved satisfaction levels and rates among clients and carers

Requirements:
* Proven planning and rostering experience
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage change and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for delivering high-quality care and promoting Prestige Nursing & Care values
