About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and commercial support to clients, addressing any technical or commercial issues
  • Work closely with our team to deliver high-quality IT solutions that meet clients' needs

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or service management operating within the IT industry
  • Strong understanding of IT networks and solutions, particularly across the Microsoft suite of applications
  • Ability to maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients' IT customers
  • Previous experience working as the primary technical and commercial point of contact
