Salary Range

The salary for this position is between £38,000 and £44,000, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

As a Lead Paid Media Strategist at The Social Shepherd, you will be responsible for spearheading the strategic direction of Paid Search & Social campaigns, ensuring they are performance-driven and aligned with client objectives. Your role will involve managing client media plans and budgets, continually optimizing ad accounts, and leading client relationships.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Paid Media role.
  • Strong expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social.
  • The ability to craft insightful reports using visualization tools like Looker Studio and Funnel.
  • Effective communication and line management skills.
  • The capacity to adapt to industry developments and stay up-to-date on best practices.
