Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role that allows you to utilise your marketing skills and experience? We are seeking a Senior Campaign Executive to join our marketing function at GTN, responsible for creating and executing global marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

In this role, you will work closely with the CMO to refine GTN's positioning and messaging, ensuring they resonate effectively with diverse target audiences. You will also partner with the Content Lead to create engaging content, including marketing collateral, website copy, blog posts, social media content, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, execute, monitor, and optimise global marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the CMO to refine GTN's positioning and messaging, ensuring they resonate effectively with diverse target audiences.
  • Partner with the Content Lead to create engaging content, including marketing collateral, website copy, blog posts, social media content, and presentations.
  • Track campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to optimise campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with the regional Field Marketing Managers to coordinate the global and regional campaigns, ensuring consistency and maximum impact.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience delivering complex campaigns in the Fintech sector, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, marketing campaign management, or a related field.
  • A deep understanding of different target audiences and the ability to tailor messaging accordingly are desirable. Experience managing campaigns for FinTechs is also desirable.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM, such as HubSpot, Zoho, and Salesforce, to integrate marketing campaigns and provide visibility via dashboards to CEOs and the board.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics to measure campaign performance and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated and fully autonomous team player who enjoys working collaboratively and seeing a piece of work through to completion.
  • A passion for marketing and a drive to create impactful campaigns.
