Chef de Partie Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our clients team in South Gloucestershire, working within a country house venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and cooking food to the highest standard in a timely manner
  • Ensuring that all menu items are consistently presented and adhering to high-quality standards
  • Assisting the head chef with menu development and maintaining stock levels
  • Managing the kitchen and ensuring a clean and safe working environment
  • Training and supervising junior staff members, fostering a positive and supportive team dynamic
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a hotel and events settings
  • Knowledge of COSHH and HACCP guidelines
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills to work effectively with the team
