About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team at Atlantic Union Bank. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering positive customer relationships and effectively communicating the value of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create long-term customer loyalty through personalized conversations to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of bank offerings, including other business lines.
  • Possess proficiency in digital channel technology and ability to educate customers on various tools (e.g., Zoom, Appointment Scheduler Tool, Docu Sign, GRO, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM Banking).
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and external interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, and appointment setting.
  • Acquire new customers through prospecting efforts while nurturing existing relationships.
  • Demonstrate strong individual sales/referral skills to identify and close sales opportunities, contributing to personal and branch sales goals.
  • Promote branch growth through the development and retention of new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with other business lines to identify and refer customer needs (e.g., Mortgage, Investments, Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Merchant Services, Treasury Management).
  • Uncover and provide solutions for lending needs.
  • Serve as a primary contact for customer issue resolution regarding deposits, credit, and other products and services.
  • Monitor individual performance via scorecards and make necessary adjustments to meet sales performance targets.
  • Perform teller functions and manage cash transactions.
  • Maintain accurate cash balances daily.
  • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations, including compliance with Atlantic Union Bankshares' BSA/AML Policy and Procedures.
  • Manage risk through adherence to established policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within set limits.
  • Perform complex operational duties as assigned.
  • Ensure completion of required training programs.
