We are looking for a skilled Nursing Assistant - Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

As a key member of our Nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional care to our patients. Your duties will include assisting patients with personal care needs, such as mobilising, toileting, bathing, dressing, eating, and drinking.

We offer an excellent training program that includes completion of the Care Certificate and support to develop your knowledge and skills through our Support Worker Development Programme. This will enable you to progress to a Band 3 Nursing Assistant role and take your career to the next level.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will also have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and be able to work flexibly across a range of shifts.

The salary for this role is £23,615-£25,674 per annum, with opportunities for progression and career advancement within the Trust.
