Dental Practitioner for Defence Primary Healthcare

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Civilian Dental Practitioner to join our team at Defence Primary Healthcare. As a key member of our Primary Health Care team, you will be responsible for providing clinical outputs, improving, and managing the dental health and operational fitness of service personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspecting personnel for whom you are responsible at intervals in accordance with The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence guidelines and providing follow-up treatment as required.
  • Ensuring that surgery management, documentation, including consumable stores, the safe custody of personal sensitive data, and the maintenance of equipment is kept to a high standard at all times.
  • Working collaboratively with professional colleagues and in the best interests of patients.
  • Onward referral of personnel to enhanced practitioners, specialists, or consultants for treatment as appropriate.
