Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Roadside Technician to join our team. As a Roadside Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a range of vehicle issues, from flat tires to engine problems. You'll work independently, using your technical knowledge and skills to resolve problems and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using a range of tools and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service they receive
- Work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues
- Collaborate with dispatch teams to improve the customer claims journey
- Utilize up-to-date vehicle repair techniques and best practices
Requirements
- A current Category B driving license is necessary
- NVQ Level 2 or similar type of accreditation in light vehicle maintenance
- Demonstrate empathy and a desire to always achieve the correct outcome
- Experience of the Motor Repair industry (essential)
- Experience of lone working (desirable)
