Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with and treat patients via telemedicine, providing high-quality care and support.
  • Review incoming referrals from optometrists, GPs, and other primary care routes, allocating them to the most appropriate ophthalmology clinic.
  • Provide clinical support to the hub administrative team, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Work alongside operations and clinical leads to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
