Data and Reporting Analyst

IT Search and Selection is seeking an experienced Data and Reporting Analyst to join the Leveraged Finance department.

The business is based in central London and offers a hybrid working arrangement. This is a VP level role with a salary guide of £100K + an excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate, analyse, and produce track record data to identify key characteristics of investment performance.
  • Develop and deliver a data systems roadmap with a focus on continual enhancements in functionality and automation.
  • Oversight of the implementation of required data systems and integration of data feeds between systems (DealCloud and Untap).
  • Regular creation of reports for stakeholders, including investors, lenders, the investment team, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Expert data analysis skills, with the ability to discuss possible improvements and changes.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret high levels of investment data sets.
  • Familiarity with private assets return metrics and the Leveraged Finance market.
  • Strong communication skills for clear and concise written and verbal presentation of data trends.
  • Expertise in Excel, SQL databases, and modelling techniques.
  • Experience with PowerBI/Tableau or similar.

Desirable

  • Some coding capability with Python/R is desirable.
  • Experience working with APIs.
  • Knowledge of DealCloud and/or Untap is a bonus.
