Job Description

The Regional Network Manager is a key role within the Culina Group Limited, responsible for overseeing multiple TPN Partners within a designated region. This includes monitoring daily operations, budgets, and performance objectives to ensure first-class service delivery.

This role requires strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing improvements to maintain high service standards and establishing and communicating performance goals aligned with Partner Agreement and TPN's strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operational activities across TPN Partners for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Train partners on TPN procedures and oversee seamless onboarding.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified potential partners for continuous growth.
  • Implement improvements to maintain high service standards.
  • Perform regular reviews to ensure partners meet targets and receive support.
  • Submit weekly reports to the Head of Network and ensure ongoing communication to protect and promote TPN's interests.
  • Develop and manage budgets to meet financial goals.
  • Identify and recruit potential partners to expand the network.
  • Build strong relationships with depot principles and operational teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding partners, with proficiency in sales techniques such as cold calling to generate leads and secure meetings.
  • Understanding of the pallet industry, including dynamics, competitors, and trends.
  • Proven track record in logistics or transportation with experience in managing and improving daily operations for efficiency and high service standards.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and cost management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in conducting reviews, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently identify and address issues.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and requirements, maintaining flexibility while achieving goals.
