HSEC Risk, Systems and Assurance Advisor
Job Summary:
The HSE Recruitment Network is seeking a skilled HSEC Risk, Systems and Assurance Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HSE management systems, legislation, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE management systems, legislation, and best practices.
- Support the Head of HSEC in implementing and maintaining IMS documents and systems.
- Be the point of contact for accreditation and certifications ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001.
- Carry out internal audits to ensure alignment with company policies and standards.
- Support multiple departments in managing their HSEC capabilities and improving them.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ideal experience in the steel/commodities manufacturing industry, but open to candidates from manufacturing, heavy industry, and M&E sectors.
- Lead auditor qualification or previous experience.
- Experience in developing and implementing HSEC management systems.
- NEBOSH Diploma is advantageous.
- Experience on lower or upper tier COMAH sites is advantageous.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and MS Project).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence and deliver on Health & Safety and Environmental initiatives.
