As an Engineering Excellence Mentor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that continuously build capability within our engineering teams. Your expertise will help shape the future of our operations, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation and excellence.


Your Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our engineering teams.


• Collaborate closely with our Engineering Team and Training Department to ensure seamless delivery of training initiatives.


• Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions to drive business growth and excellence.


• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior engineers, helping them develop their skills and confidence.


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring our training programs remain relevant and effective.


Your Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A proven track record of delivering successful training programs and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, with experience in GMP and Food Safety principles.
  • Competency in designing and delivering engaging training sessions, using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
