We’re looking for a talented and charismatic Sales Guru to join our team at Gymbox. As a Sales Guru, you’ll be responsible for recruiting new members to our gyms with integrity, honesty, and a sprinkle of charm.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting new members to Gymbox with integrity, honesty, and a sprinkle of charm
  • Thinking commercially and sprinting after targets and revenues like a pro
  • Being a font of product knowledge and a proudly passionate Gymbox expert
  • Staying on top of admin, leads, and keeping members happy
  • Helping out on reception or with operational stuff to keep our clubs looking fresh
  • Being an all-star ambassador, living and breathing all things Gymbox

You don't need any experience for this job, as we like to train. However, persuasive communication skills, focus, agile thinking, being up for a challenge, and having a positive attitude are absolute musts.

This role is 40 hours/5 days per week, with shift patterns usually being either MORNINGS, MIDDLE, LATES, and some Weekends. You may be required to cover the early shift (5:30AM-2:30PM) occasionally.
