About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our Business Services accounting team at Turner & Townsend Group.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing management accounts, balance sheet control, financial forecasts, and budgets. You will also work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify areas of inefficiency and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts using D365 financial accounting system
  • Updating forecasts based on stakeholder information and business understanding
  • Responsible for budget preparation and tracking variances to the latest forecasts
  • Preparation and review of Balance Sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
  • Identifying areas of inefficiency in current processes and providing suggestions for improvement
  • Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ad hoc analysis supporting the Business Service functions, assisting with contract renewals and investment appraisal decisions
Requirements
  • A professional Accountancy Qualification (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA)
  • Experience within an international organisation is desirable
  • Confident individual with good interpersonal skills
  • Analytically minded, able to break down and understand information
  • Ability to work to set deadlines delivering consistent and accurate information
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
  • Good organisational skills, used for managing and prioritising workload
