Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Hays Accountancy and Finance. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the finance function, including production of management accounts, back reconciliations, currency transactions, payroll, and VAT returns. You will also manage a small but efficient finance team of 2 and play a key part in the future strategic decisions of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the finance function, including production of management accounts, back reconciliations, currency transactions, payroll, and VAT returns.

Requirements:
- ACCA/CIMA or QBE qualification.
- Experience working within an owner-managed SME.
- Hands-on approach to accounting.
- Ability to go above and beyond to get the job done.
What We Offer:
- A salary of up to £60,000 plus benefits.
