Coffee Connoisseur

We're seeking a skilled Coffee Connoisseur to join our team at ESS, providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages to our Defence customers on a permanent casual basis.

This role involves preparing high-quality drinks and food that delight our customers, ensuring a clean bar area, receiving and processing payments, and maintaining a positive brand image.

• Prepare and serve perfectly blended drinks and high-quality food that meets our customers' expectations
• Maintain a clean and hygienic bar area, adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Process cash and credit card payments efficiently and accurately
• Represent Defence and maintain a positive brand image through excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Liaise with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers
• Knowledge of brewing methods, beverage blends, and food preparation techniques an asset

As a Coffee Connoisseur at ESS, you can expect a competitive salary of around £25,000 per annum, plus opportunities for career growth and development within our organisation.
