Dermatology Specialist Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dermatology Nurse Specialist to join our dynamic team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical care to patients with dermatological conditions, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways.
- Develop and implement clinical initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experiences, aligning with our trust's vision of 'great healthcare from great people'.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of educational programs for nurses and medical staff, promoting excellence in nursing practice and professional development.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and contribute to the improvement of our services through active participation in quality improvement initiatives.
- NMC registration and 18 months' experience in dermatology.
- GCSE C+ and other relevant qualifications.
- Teaching and assessing experience is desirable.
