Cantello Tayler Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales divisions and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, meeting agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Verify orders for accuracy and completeness, including product and pricing details.
- Liaise with customer services and sales teams to resolve any issues related to orders.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our product range, sales processes, and logistics platforms.
- Interpret instructions from sales executives and identify any potential issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Perform additional order-related duties, including processing pick-up documents (PODs), estimated time of arrival (ETA) notifications, and technical support documentation.
Requirements:
- Excellent computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with good telephone manners.
- Second language skills are a plus, with a preference for French, Spanish, and German languages.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Strong data entry experience is preferred.
